While we do not collect sensitive information online, we do protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store information are kept in a secure environment and when you submit credit card data via fax or mail, this information is handled under dual control by office staff.
